accepted medical use in treatment in the United States." However, more

American Scientists, Kaiser Permanente, the New England Journal of
Medicine, the National Association for Public Health Policy, the
California Medical Association, the Whitman- Walker Clinic, the Lymphoma
Foundation of America, and many more.
